Pokemon 30th Celebration products, pack counts and dates
Choose packs, a promo or a display piece, with US and UK release schedules kept separate and Japanese products in their own comparison.
The Pokemon 30th Celebration set launched on September 16, 2026, but its products have different regional schedules. The US Binder Collection is listed for December 4, while the UK page lists September. Tech Sticker Collections reverse that pattern: September 16 in the US, November in the UK. Check the market before treating a date as your local release.
For a small opening, choose the promo you actually want and compare the delivered price. For filling specific gaps, first check the 30th Celebration card list and binder guide: another large box does not guarantee the missing card.
Pokemon 30th Celebration products: US and UK dates
The two official product showcases were rechecked on September 23, 2026. US dates below come from the US showcase (opens in a new tab); UK windows come from the UK showcase (opens in a new tab). A UK month is not an exact release date for every European country or retailer.

“Not listed” describes the inspected page, not proof that a product cannot appear in that market. Announced dates also do not establish today's stock. Ask a local retailer which language and regional version it is supplying before paying for an import or preorder.
How many cards are in a booster?
A standard international 30th Celebration booster contains five foil cards plus one foil Basic Energy: six cards in total. One of the five is a Pikachu rare. The Japanese page also lists six holo cards, including a Pikachu and Basic Energy. It is incorrect to describe this as five international cards versus six Japanese cards.
Equal total card counts do not make the regions interchangeable. Card numbering, product contents and language still need to match. The separate Classic Collection booster supplied with the UPC contains three Classic Collection cards, so keep it outside the standard-pack total.
The official expansion page (opens in a new tab) also describes Classic Collection cards appearing in normal boosters. You do not need a UPC just to have a chance of finding a Classic card.
Regular ETB or Pokemon Center ETB?
The regular ETB gives you nine boosters and one full-art Nidorina promo. The Pokemon Center version has eleven boosters and two Nidorina promos, one bearing the Pokemon Center logo. Both offer sleeves, dice, storage dividers and other play accessories; the standard contents also include sixteen foil Basic Energy cards.
The practical comparison is two extra packs plus the stamped promo against the actual price difference. If the stamp does not belong in your collection, do not value it as though you had planned to buy it separately. If it is the card you want, compare the box with the cost of finding that promo as a single.
Nidorina 088/128 in the main set is a different collecting entry from an ETB promo. Match the printed number and stamp before marking either slot complete.
Booster Bundle, Mini Tin or Binder Collection?
A Booster Bundle has six standard packs and no featured promo to choose. Mini Tins hold two packs each; the ten designs form two larger day-and-night images. Collecting all ten tins would mean twenty packs, but that is a tin-art goal rather than evidence of a better price per pack.
The Binder Collection combines five packs with a nine-pocket binder. It suits someone who wants the supplied binder itself. US collectors should note its December 4 listing before expecting to use that particular product for September openings. The UK listing gives a September window, not a guarantee that a nearby shop has stock.
If you already have storage, price the packs against other available products. The set checklist guide helps separate a useful opening from repeatedly buying packs for the last few missing singles.
What does the Ultra-Premium Collection include?
Each Day or Night UPC has 29 standard 30th Celebration boosters and one three-card Classic Collection booster. The featured Pokemon are Pikachu ex and Espeon ex for one version, or Pikachu ex and Umbreon ex for the other. Accessories include a playmat, sleeves and a deck box.
Calling that “30 normal packs” hides an important difference. If you compare cost per standard booster, use 29 as that pack count and value the Classic pack, promos and accessories separately. Dividing the total price by 29 gives only a crude all-in pack equivalent; it does not isolate what the packs themselves cost.
For an artwork-focused binder, compare the desired singles before buying a large opening. For example, the two parade cards Pikachu ex 149/128 and 150/128 are specific targets, while the packs are random.

Espeon's Battle Deck includes Victini; Umbreon's includes Zeraora. These fixed decks serve a different purpose from a random pack opening. They should not enter a cost-per-booster table with a made-up pack count.
Japan has a separate lineup
Japanese prices, pack contents, and product names do not automatically apply to the international range.

The Japanese booster has a suggested retail price of ¥360. The Premium Deck Set is ¥6,200, the Futuristic Box is ¥27,500, and each regional card set is ¥1,200. These are domestic reference prices, not landed import prices after retailer markup, shipping, and tax.
Compare what you will actually pay
Use the delivered local price, including shipping and applicable import charges, for the same language and product version. Then separate standard packs, the Classic Collection pack where included, guaranteed promos and accessories. A domestic Japanese suggested price is not the cost of receiving that product in Europe or North America.
There are no measured retailer-price comparisons in this guide. Consequently, it does not declare a cheapest box or best-value opening. If you only need a few singles, compare their delivered total with another product before buying packs you no longer need.
Mewtwo retailer promo from October 2
Pokemon has also announced a separate Mewtwo gift-with-purchase promo (opens in a new tab), featuring the Pokemon 30 and What's Your Favorite logos. The US announcement starts the offer on October 2, 2026, with a Pokemon TCG purchase of US$15 or more at participating US retailers, including GameStop, Best Buy and Barnes & Noble, while supplies last.
This is a retailer promotion, not a guaranteed card inside an ETB or booster. The announcement also lists participating retailers in Canada and Oceania; check their local terms instead of converting the US threshold into another currency. It does not announce a Netherlands or EU offer. Keep the stamped promo outside the main numbered checklist.
Pokemon Center stock and restocks
Pokemon Center's 30th Celebration FAQ (opens in a new tab) gives launch-traffic and checkout guidance. It does not promise a restock date. An announced release and a sold-out listing are different facts; neither tells us when the next shipment will arrive.
For launch-day queue and confirmation-email instructions, follow the current support page rather than treating an old article as a checkout guarantee.

FAQ
Have all 30th Celebration products released?
No. The set launched on September 16, 2026, while later products have regional dates. For example, the US showcase lists the Binder Collection for December 4; the UK showcase lists September.
How many packs are in a 30th Celebration ETB?
Nine in the regular Elite Trainer Box, eleven in the Pokemon Center version. The latter also includes a second Nidorina promo with the Pokemon Center logo.
Does the Ultra-Premium Collection have thirty normal boosters?
No. It has 29 standard boosters and one separate three-card Classic Collection booster.
Are international boosters five cards and Japanese boosters six?
Both have six cards in total. The international contents are five foil cards plus one foil Basic Energy. The regional cards and numbering should still be checked separately.
Do the Battle Decks contain booster packs?
No. Each is a fixed all-foil sixty-card deck led by Espeon ex or Umbreon ex.
When does the Tech Sticker Collection release?
The US showcase lists September 16, 2026. The UK showcase gives November 2026. Neither should be presented as the release date for every country.
