Delete your account

Unbinder is operated by Riviz Works, the Netherlands. You can permanently delete your Unbinder account — together with all data linked to it — at any time, free of charge, without needing to contact us first.

From inside the app (recommended)

1. Open Unbinder and sign in.
2. Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
4. Tap Delete Account & All Data.
5. Confirm the action in the sheet that appears.

Deletion is immediate. There is no recovery window — once you confirm, your account is gone.

Important: deleting your Unbinder account does not cancel an active App Store subscription. Manage or cancel it separately in your Apple Account subscription settings. If you used Sign in with Apple, you can also remove Unbinder from your Sign in with Apple settings after deletion.

If you no longer have access to the app

If you uninstalled Unbinder or can't sign in for any reason, email us and we'll action the deletion request within 30 days:

support@unbinder.app

Please send the email from the address associated with your Unbinder account so we can verify the request. We may ask one additional question to confirm ownership before we delete the account.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is removed immediately from our live systems:

• Your account (email address, user ID, authentication record).
• Your profile, collection and user content (binders, boxes, cards, wishlists, purchase prices, notes, messages, trade data, reports and saved photos).
• Your scan outcome metadata, notification tokens and preferences.
• Your account-linked PostHog analytics and diagnostic data is submitted for deletion, including historical events, and your RevenueCat customer record is deleted.

What we briefly retain

• Encrypted database backups containing your data are retained for up to 30 days, after which deleted accounts are unrecoverable even from backup. We do not restore individual accounts from backup on user request.
• Email logs (sign-in links sent via Resend) are retained for up to 30 days for delivery troubleshooting, then deleted.
• Apple purchase and subscription records are controlled by Apple and may be retained for transaction, tax, fraud-prevention or legal purposes. An active App Store subscription continues until you cancel it in your Apple Account.

What we never had

Unbinder never receives your payment-card details and does not collect precise location, contacts, health data or microphone recordings. See our privacy policy for the full inventory.
